This focus on sourcing the best of what the Western Plains & Central Tablelands regions has to offer has allowed us to work with the region’s leading farmers to provide quality, local grass fed, free range and sometimes organic beef, lamb, pork and chicken to our customers. We are selective with our producers to ensure we can continue to guarantee premium quality meats.
